Trigg Minerals Appoints Washington Firm to Secure US Government Support

Trigg has appointed Washington D.C.–based consultancy, The Bernhardt Group, to strengthen its federal engagement in the United States and help secure government support for its Antimony Canyon Project in Utah.

Founded by former US Secretary of the Interior, David Bernhardt, the firm brings extensive experience and connections across US federal agencies and Congress. Bernhardt remains the only individual in the Department of the Interior’s 175-year history to be confirmed by the US Senate as Solicitor, Deputy Secretary, and Secretary. His team includes bipartisan policy specialists with senior-level experience in government and legislative roles.

The Bernhardt Group will work closely with US executive bodies, including the National Energy Dominance Council and the National Economic Council, to position Trigg’s project as critical to US national security and energy strategy. They will also engage directly with Congress to build political awareness and support for the project.

In addition to strategic advisory and advocacy, the Bernhardt Group will assist Trigg in identifying partnership opportunities with the US federal government. This includes grant programs, public-private partnerships, and requests for information related to securing critical mineral supply from domestic and allied sources.

With antimony prices surging to ~US$60,000 per tonne, Trigg is well placed to accelerate the development of its Tier 1 antimony portfolio. Engagement at the highest levels of US government could significantly fast-track Trigg’s path to production and reinforce supply chain security for the US and its allies.
