Trigg Minerals has confirmed outstanding channel sampling results from its maiden exploration program at the Antimony Canyon Project in Utah.

A new mineralisation zone was discovered beneath the Flagstaff Formation, with stibnite-filled concretions in tuffaceous sandstone, indicating potential for a large, vertically extensive system.

Five underground mines were mapped and sampled, to test the veracity of U.S. Bureau of Mines studies from the 1940s.

Grades far exceeded historical U.S. Bureau of Mines results, supporting the recently announced Exploration Target of 12.8–15.6Mt @ 0.75–1.5% Sb.

The mineralisation spans a laterally extensive footprint of 3.5km by 1.5km, hosted in multiple stacked horizons, highlighting significant tonnage potential.

A felsic lapilli tuff horizon has been identified as the primary host for antimony mineralisation, ensuring a predictable and mappable footprint for further targeting.
